Today I'd like to show Essie Mint Candy Apple, a minty coloured cream.

I just recently got this minty blue colour, but I've already worn it quite a few times. I like it on its own, but I also like it as base for stamping. I'll show you my stamped mani later ;-)

This polish was on the thinner side. Also the levelling was not that good, especially not for the first coat. The second coat was a bit better. When you don't go over the same spot too much and when you make sure you cover the whole nail with polish, this problem can be overcome.

The drying time was short, which makes this polish very suitable for a stamping base!
This bottle is the drugstore variant from Essie. The brush was quite small, but I like that.

I like this polish for its colour and its drying time, but the levelling could have been a lot better.

Yeah I know! In real life it looks just slightly more green. Even in the bottle it is quite blue...

I have the salon variety from the states, with the small brush
DeleteHmm, could that be the difference then? I have the drugstore polish. The brush is not very broad, but not very small either.
