Moscow is a burgundy polish with a holographic scatter in it. I adore this shade. It's so gorgeous, so delicate! I'm simply in love with it!

Moscow has a
great formula. It glides onto the nails like butter. It is opaque in almost one coat, but I added another one to even everything out. It dries super fast, but it tends to dry a bit to the matte side. Therefore I added one thin layer of top coat.

Look at that holographic scatter! Such a beauty! Yes, this certainly is another shade of Picture Polish that I can't resist.
